Additional User PROFILE with face recognition & fingerprint ?

Anyone know how to add Additional fingerprint with a 2 nd User? anyone know how to put in an additional user profile with fingerprintr ? Car isn’t accepting info & id like to add face ID plus fingerprint for my spouse

I have not been able to add it on my EQS 580, I think is use only for the main profile.

it has a dedicated place to add another profile....makes no sense!!

On the Mercedes me app go to manage users and then add user.
