I have access to a 32amp 3Phase power outlet if I bought a https://chargingshop.eu/product/spark-line-32-cable-with-control-box-type2-cee-32a-x-3phases/
will it charge an eqc faster than the "standard" 7.4kw chargers or is there some kind of limiter in the car itself - Thanks Kevin

Provided your car is the 2021 model, I think you should be able to charge at 11kW with that setup.
