The Mercedes Me app no longer allows configuration of pre-entry climate control and charging programs. The ability to set temperature by zone has been added this week.
I can set pre-entry on and off in the "once" mode, but the zone temperature setting that has appeared now doesn't work, and weekly profile doesn't work. In both cases I get the error "transmission of the temperature update may have failed."
Also I can no longer change the charging program from the app. I get the the error "update to charging configuration may have failed".
The ability to set the pre-entry climate temperature and the charging program from the app was working just fine last week.
Anyone else seeing the same?

Exactly like your, nothing working on my app either. I went out and started the car, moved it a few yards and the app is working again. I managed to alter all temperatures charging programs etc.

Mine looks ok. I find sometimes that the car and app loose connection with one another, whether it is a Mercedes’ server issue LTE issue or an app issue I do not know. Solutions seem to be either restarting the app, or starting the car and it all reconnects. sometimes it cannot lock or it will report it has not but in fact it has that I put down to our somewhat flaky 4g connection at my house.

I also have a dodgy 4g connection and like you I had blamed that for the app sometimes losing connection with the car but in this instance, as at least two people have had the problem at the same time, it can’t be a local internet problem.
