Mine looks ok. I find sometimes that the car and app loose connection with one another, whether it is a Mercedes’ server issue LTE issue or an app issue I do not know. Solutions seem to be either restarting the app, or starting the car and it all reconnects. sometimes it cannot lock or it will report it has not but in fact it has that I put down to our somewhat flaky 4g connection at my house.
