I’m on holiday in USA (from UK), car is at Heathrow in an open air car park with 4/5G signal. I opened the Mercedes Me app, it showed the MB logo and then only a blank screen 😳

Is it because MB are blocking because car and app are on different continents or too far apart? 🤔

EQC was never sold in the USA they have gone straight to the EQE and EQS SUV.

US Based EQS SUV MercedesMe worked from date of purchase 10/26/2022 until November 3, 2022. Now just very limited connection to the vehicle and services. In contact with [email protected]

I updated the app & I tried rebooting the iPhone. This did not solve the blank screen issue. We arrived back at Heathrow this morning, Mercedes Me app still blank.

Whilst on the road I (as passenger) deleted the app and all settings. Re-installed the app, logged in. and, hey presto, it works fine 😎

I’m not really sure what went wrong 🤔

BTW, as I expected the car lost only 2 miles of range, but that could be because of the drop in temperatures over the two weeks we have been away 😉
