My name is Caroline Kennedy and I represent a research company looking for feedback from PHEV owners who purchased their vehicle in the last 24 months.
We need owners of either of the following vehicles -





  • Mercedes-Benz C-Class Saloon (PHEV)

Agreed.

Also interested myself being someone that will be buying their first EV and their first Mercedes.
As you can imagine with that comes a lot of questions!
I bet if Mercedes wasn't as big as they were, we'd see more engagement like this from them. Truth is, no amount of disappointed consumers will do damage to Mercedes bottom line.

Very true!
I know someone that bought a Hyundai Equus and they said Hyundai was very hands even with simple servicing.
Its something they never experienced with Mercedes when buying an E-Class and even S-Class surprisingly.
I hope its not something that goes away as Genesis expands and grows their sales volume. At that point what they did with the Equus might be too hands-on and costly.
