In the setup you "apps" there the dash cam is probably hidden

It shows in Mercedes me store and probably you should buy it
Firstly I assume the EQS is no different to the other EQ range or even the ICE cars that have the Dash Cam you need to first put a USB or external drive into one of the USB C Slots in the car. I have mine inside the centre arm rest then the options can be enabled / disabled within the MBUX. Again assume the EQS is the same and its not automatic so every time you start the car you will need to enable the Dash Cam if you want to use it to record your drive
On my EQB 300, I have a Thinkware u1000 (4k front and 2k rear) with a radar module and it is hardwired into the car according to Thinkware's instructions using their cables, so it starts up when I get into the car and goes into parking mode when I leave it.
