I googled your question and this mbeqclub page came up the number one result :)

It looks like it will be a fun "game" where you can learn to drive more efficiently and, maybe for some challenges, compare with other drivers. Only available in some countries (eg Netherlands was added recently). Gamepoints can, in some countries, sometimes be variously converted into electric charging credit or vouchers redeemable on items from the lifestyle store. "Who wants to be a millionaire" game may have a similar format to the tv show of the same name or it might just refer to that a lot of points are available!

Thanks for that, I just installed the app last week and 650 points have been awarded for various things that have explanations but this part wants me to join something without saying what it is. I don’t like to volunteer for anything I don’t understand!!
It says I have to get 29000 points to get £5 off a charge! so some way to go.

Maybe could be called "who wants to win a pound" then :) I guess if a million subscribers they could forego the tiny prizes in favor of a big prize for one driver. But I doubt the game is about that if only 9999 points available.

I would also be surprised if there is not a "leave challenge" or "deactivate" button, after joining, especially if not much info given in the app prior to joining. I would join to test it out however it is not available in country I reside.

I found the original press release on Mercedes and Mercedes group websites for above link. You can see in the photos that several challenges can be active at the same time.

You get points on your own behavior and then they come me up with these community challenges where your input is included. If the community is successful there can be some good points earned. Have been using the app for months now and I always sign up only 1 challenge so far has not been successfully completed and there has been a noticeable reduction in the no of challenges opened.
I have cashed in one voucher and have over 138,000 points and will cash in more soon for a planned long trip. It is worth doing I think and you get your performance against the average of the group which can be interesting.
