Hi guys I need help has anyone experienced this on their new EQA. My navigation is stuck on "Activating navigation ..." for the past week . I have tried everything but I am still stuck . Please help

Contact your dealer urgently. It could be a software issue around the set up of your mercedes me account (navigation updates def become pay after the 3 yrs for example) or it could be a problem needing a replacement unit. Good luck and comiserations you are having this issue so soon. Never had any problems myself so you have really lucked out.

If trying to turn off media system and then turning it on again doesn’t work, go to your local Mercedes dealership where you are, they can reset and if needed, do a software upgrade … shouldn’t take more than half hour or so

I am also having issues with the EQA navigation, today it is stuck in activating navigation. Called Mercedes and they say I need to speak with the navigation company, tried to call them but no answer. Anyone know of a quick solution.

I had to take it to the dealer to get software reset -
