MERCEDES ME - IS OFFLINE ALL THE TIME.

I bought a Mercedes Benz EQA 250 vehicle manufactured in 2021. from owner Kiev Ukraine.I am from Croatia.
I also bought all the services through the "mercedes me" application (Navigation, Charging, Security services, Comfort, Entertainment).
I paid everything properly and accepted the contractual obligations and activated through the application.
I bought the services on 12/12/2022. immediately after purchasing the vehicle.
Some of the services were already active (online map updating) and all the others are still in the activation status (ACTIVATION IN PROGRESS).
I contacted the "mercedes me" contact service and the authorized Mercedes Benz service center in Croatia, and all the time I get contradictory information.
They inform me that I can have all the services, only that something needs to be updated, to the point that I can't, because of the equipment in the car and because of the political situation.
I decided on the Mercedes Benz EQA 250 after a lot of research and nowhere did I find information that Mercedes Benz ("mercedes me") services are limited.
MERCEDES ME - IS OFFLINE ALL THE TIME.
After many contacts with "mercedes me" customer service and contradictory information, the last information I received was that it is strictly forbidden to change the codes on the car and that due to the political situation in Ukraine, the communication module (HERMES) is not functional.

does anyone know what to do?

Hello. The same problem, the car was bought in Ukraine. GLS 2022. today paired at a dealer in the Czech Republic with an app. I bought a full package of services.. What should I do now? If you solve the problem, please let me know.
