Hi all, i have had my care for a little over a year, there are a couple if little things that i am wondering about :
firstly, i have seen some cars on the dashboard that show the max range and current range , my car only shows the current range, i cant see any options to change this, so is my car on an old sw version ?

i have updated the MBUX myself when an update is available, but not sure if this just does the satnav map.

Also, when charging the car , only noticed this on AC charging, how do i keep the car charging when i unlock the car, as sometimes it stays charging but most of the time it stop, so i have to restart, im not using the key buttons to unlock, im using the keyless go, so i touch the door handle, someone on a facebook group says i need to update the software, any ideas what this called?

many thanks

I am guessing only newer models show the max range but maybe I need ask dealer for software update next service.

If you click the updates button in app it will show history such as infotainment or communication module updates as well as maps.

Dealer may know of a way to adjust the software settings to not do this. However I haven't checked recently but remember charging is resumed anyway after half minute of unlocking car. Plus I like it as an easy way to stop charging because it is easier to rest fingers on handle compared to find the tiny charge stop button
