Keyless Start and Keyless Go are two different options/functions. In addition, standard equipment and option packages will vary by market. For example, here in the USA my EQB has option P17 (KEYLESS-GO Comfort package) which was standard on our trim line.

However, it sounds like you car does not have it.

FWIW, you can look up your option codes by inputing your VIN on VIN.mb.

I have a similar question on the keyless entry. My EQB 250+ was a rental and does not have the keyless entry. Is it possible to change out the door handles with keyless entry?

Is it theoretically possible? Yes. But it involves far more than just replacing the door handles.

As a result, the combined expense of the hardware, labor, and programming makes it economically unpractical. Might as well just trade for a better equipped car.
