It depends how your Rolec has been setup. Some are ready for simply plug and charge while others may be setup for app activation to prevent unwanted use. The Rolec installer might remember

Hi. I have just had my EQC. So I am trying to charge the vehicle.
I have a wall charger I believe it’s a Roluc. Do I need to download an app?
