EQC complimentary Mercedes Me services

Took delivery of a new UK 2022 spec EQC AMG Premium yesterday and bit confused with what elements of Mercedes Me connect services are complimentary.
I currently have acces to the following via the app:
  • Charge Status
  • Pre Entry climate (but not setting the actual temp)
  • Geofencing
  • Over Air updates
I was expecting the remote locking and window / sunroof control (as a minimum).
Anyone able to advise the entire complimentary services I should have access to, or is that it and I need to purchase the ‘Excellence Package’ to access these?
Some services are showing as ‘activating’ in the web portal, so not sure if I’m just being impatient or if there’s something else afoot. Seems a bit odd their being such a lag between some services being activated.

I also had difficultly registering for the app, services and MM Charge via iOS and OS devices and had to use a windows machine in the end.

Very pleased with the car so far too I should add.
Should also add in the app the MM Connect Services is showing as ‘incomplete configuration’ but when I select ‘overview of services’ the just loads a blank screen with a permanently spinning disk.

Ok I am in France and use the app as well as the on line portal. I assume you have downloaded the app?

In the app basics are vehicle status, trip data sliding sunroof, charge status, pre entry climate, tyre pressure, service, lock staus, vehicle search, windows, eco display, speed alert, valet protect, geo fencing, ota, vehicle displays light settings, route settings and vehicle settings.

The app shows the model and vehicle reg no as well vin no in the vehicle info. There is also a tab for the services activated these are the free and paid for ones. I no longer have in car office which is a purchased one ( have no need for it) and also stolen vehicle help I rarely go somewhere with a high theft risk and have other ins in place.

The on line portal is pretty poor in my opinion but also shows all those things live and those you can buy which should be limited to just things like in car office if not inc as standard. I wonder if your dealer has not finished your set up with mercedes. First step contact the dealer and ask them to check out your account and that it is all live. If that gets you nowhere try tel mercedes using the mercedes me button in the overhead unit ( the black one not the red one!) that should contact you and they may be able to give you assistance.

I had absolutely no issue setting up my mercedes me charge on my ipad or iphone or indeed mercedes me back in 2015 transferred to every car since but my dealership is pretty top quality and nos they deal with probably less so they have the time to do things properly. The staff are well trained and longstanding too. However getting the SFR internet in the car was an issue on my e class eventually sorted and it transferred seamlessly to the EQC.

Thanks for your reply, hopefully there’s just a lag with some services being applied. I do have the app installed and some of the services are available per the image just not all of them (or at least the ones I anticipated as complimentary)
A lot of the video’s for pre entry seem to show temp setting which I don’t seem to have access
to at the minute.
I wasn’t sure if the absence of some were due to chip shortages.
Hopefully they will all come available in due course…..

Go on the Web portal with a desktop computer and select ALL the GDPR marks.

After that, all/more services will activate.
I had the same problem for a month.
