It is quite annoying however I just deal with it and put my shades on. Have you tried moving your seat position to manage it?
EQC Dashboard Reflection
Has anyone found a way to deal with the horrendous reflection of the dashboard on the windscreen. This seems a really bad flaw in the design process but I am not sure if it is because the dealer has used the wrong preparation on the dashboard at PDI.

I think I have got used to it now... it was very distracting when I first got the car but, as you say, you just deal with it. Shame really because everything else about the car is perfect.
I noticed it, especially last week when we had clear skies!
However I have a pair of polarised sunglasses, which seem to pretty much remove the reflection. My glasses are mildly tinted aswell, so they don't need to be really dark shades.
Sitting in a more elevated position helps somewhat aswell...
