Hi everyone,

Thought I’d join to talk about my current experience when ordering my EQC AMG Line Premium, to see if anyone else has had the same experience.

Ordered my vehicle October 14th 2021, and was told April 29th 2022 was my delivery date. This order was done through Arval Leasing and the order was placed through the Bristol MB Dealership.

I contacted the dealership in March 2022, of which I was told the vehicle was built and marked as “Ex-Factory”(Exit Factory). I was then told it usually takes 8 days to deliver from then. I proceeded to sell my RR Velar, and await delivery. The delivery date then moved to May 6th, then May 14th, then 1st June, then 8th July, then 29th July, and now August 26th!

Each time the excuse of waiting for parts was given, but nobody knows what parts. Sometimes they say chargers, other times they say chips. Frankly I don’t think they have a clue. MBUK are giving complete radio silence which is disgusting.

Has anyone recently recieved their EQC, and if so, when did you order? Also, if anyone is still waiting and had a similar experience, when did you order?

i really hope I get the car soon, as I’m currently car sharing and it’s a nightmare.

Hello everybody who has been following this post, personally I’ve been talking to my dealer the other day as I too have been at the point of cancelling the car that’s been on order from November 21 it’s very frustrating seems everybody is feeling the same and not getting very far with answers from MB my contact is telling me that nothing is being given out about the parts required I’ve been told wiring loom, sensors, and even wheels I just dont believe them any more this will be my second Mercedes’ and can’t believe the wait for delivery, anyway I have been told hopefully August delivery to dealer for September delivery to me, I wait with bated breath 🤞🤞. Hi, is anyone still waiting? I have been waiting since October 2021 for my Polar White EQC AMG Line Premium. I’m interested to see if anyone is still waiting too?

I got an Obsidian black AMG line premium plus with driver assistance package and mine comes this week. Delivery has been booked.
I ordered in nov 2021
