This replacement projects from under door. You can enter your VIN to check if compatible with your EQC version but I would be surprised if not-
EQC Premium Plus Side Mirror Puddle Light Options
I have taken delivery of my EQC Premium Plus and surprised that the puddle lights do not project any logos but rather just a spread of light from the mirrors. My EQA AMG Line, which I had before the EQC, had the star logo projection and I assumed this was standard.
Any known options to retrofit a logo projector casing?

Not sure if it is a generally useful number but item number is A2138204503 "LED logo projector, Mercedes star" in case link goes down
