Hi,
I have a Zappie home charger, this is set to fast. The EQS is set to max 100% (so ECO charge off) yet when I charge, it doesnt seem to want to reach 100% before it stops and says charge complete, the other day it reached 95%, last night, it only reached 75%, any ideas on what this might be please?

You could check if same happens in other AC chargers. And you could go through all settings in the Zappi and all settings in the car. For example installer might have set Zappi to only charge at specific times, or charging schedule might be set in the car. Also if you plug in too late at night there might not be enough time to charge fully but I guess you know that. If same happens in other AC chargers then contact Mercedes else contact Zappi installer. Be interesting to know solution
