Hi EQE driver here, I noticed this issue last evening. This is likely due to 2 separate issues.
1. Non-active data connection: my EQE lost data connection the day before without any rhyme or reason if this happens you won't have satellite view on maps, and plug and the charge doesn't work. You'd need to your MB me charge NFC tag.
2. EA charger/ dispenser's plug and charge software service has crashed. This means you have data in-car and but after plugging in you see the payment screen on EA. You'll need to select the station location on the screen and then select the station number on the horizontal scroll (don't expect the station numbers to be in sequential order and go by full station number and not just be 01 or 02. Alternatively, you can ask EA to refresh the charger to see if the Plug and Charge service to restart (be unplugged for this part, and issue common with BTC units even the newer ones)
