Went to pick up the wife and my EQE SUV started display a lot of error messages and would not allow the vehicle to drive. I called dealer and they recommended I turn off the car, lock it and walk away, and let the car sit for 5 minutes. I did and everything was back to normal. Nevertheless, it's going in for thorough technician check

Had the same exact thing occur with my EQS about two weeks ago. Got out of the car, locked it, waited for screens to go black, unlocked, got in and it worked. Out of curiosity what was the percentage of battery you had when this problem occurred?
Car was at 60% state of charge.
Sheeesh! What an unfortunate way to begin with your new car!
Yes, it was a real pain yesterday because it's our only vehicle. Dealer just called and said the technician ran all diagnostic checks and found no error codes that were stored by the system. And, the car has consistently started up a dozen times without any of the errors reoccurring. So, looks like a one time thing. I hope.
