Hi, Vahan.
I live in Japan and have driven my EQE 350+ for approximately 17,000 kilometers.
The Bridgestone tires that came with the car when it was new are now almost completely worn, and I plan to replace them with new ones soon. Due to the vehicle's weight, I feel that the tires wear out quickly, which I consider one of the drawbacks of this car.
I am satisfied with the driving experience, ride comfort, and the quality of the driver assistance systems.
However, my vehicle's automatic parking, parking memory function, and remote parking (a paid feature that allows you to park or retrieve your car in tight spaces using a smartphone) do not work properly. Regarding this issue, the authorized Mercedes-Benz dealer has refused support, citing "unknown causes." Additionally, I find that the navigation computer system called MBUX is not well-designed.
In the past, I have owned MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER PHEV and NISSAN LEAF vehicles.
Especially with MITSUBISHI OUTLANDER PHEV, I drove 170,000 kilometers without encountering any problems. Therefore, I am honestly exhausted by the frequent issues with Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
However, I feel that Mercedes' EV technology is not bad.
