I am the owner of a new EQS 450+ and I love this car but it has had some difficulties. After delivery, the salesman had me load Mercedes ME to my iPhone. Despite hours of trying with two salesmen, I was unable to get the car to connect to Mercedes Me. To make matters worse, Apple CarPlay stopped working after a few days. A week later as I was looking in the system, I saw an option to reboot the system. I thought, why not? After the system was restored I was able to reconnect my phone and restore Apple CarPlay. I was also able to activate Mercedes ME. My salesman at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa felt sorry for me and he has offered a complimentary tint job. I am one very happy owner!
