No, this will come in the next model year (probably MY 2024, so in September/October this year). Also the 4matic models will get a decoupling gearbox if only one axle is needed for transmission.
Thanks. Regarding the decoupling, my 2022 EQS 580 does only use one of the two motors when only one is needed - is that what you mean, since there really isn't a transmission?
Compared to Tesla, the efficiency of the 4matic drive train is quite poor compared to the RWD model. The most efficient motor is a motor with permanent magnets. If the motor is not in use, the motor runs as a generator. You could only avoid this effect, if you decouple the motor from the axle.
