Hello from Leeds

I have a Mercedes EQC 400 AMG Premium Plus, but having a problem with the charging point at home only charges up to 2.3KWH on a 7.4Kwh charger.
If anybody else has got the same problem and how to sort it out. The car is 2022 Sept with 950 miles on the clock.
