Hi.

I have a 2023 EQS AMG 53 with the dashcam feature being delivered soon and had a few questions.

1. Where does the dashcam record to? A user inserted a USB stick?
2. Does the dashcam record even when the car is parked?
3. Is there a record of motion detection?
4. Is the dashcam only 1-CH with its point of view from the cockpit to the front viewport?

I understand dashcam records front only and requires USB stick or similar. I recommend getting aftermarket dashcams professionally installed, for reliability by duplication or for more features such as automatic/g-sensor recording. Your dealer may be able to arrange this before delivery.
