Has anyone got an idea what the transit time from merc to UK is.

My guess is, including admin at journey stops, and if all going predictably, 1 to 7 days for a lorry from manufacturer to sea port, same again for travel by cargo ship, same again for lorry to take from sea port to dealer, same again for car preparation by dealer. It can be quite unpredictable which is why exact dates not given

Overland via train Bremen or Stuttgart to France seems to be around the 3 to 4 week mark from factory to delivery in my experience . There are the pdi stages pre dealer then the dealer stages as well.
