Mercedes Drive Pilot Available On 2023 EQE SUV?

I went out to the Mercedes Me store today (from my computer) to look for the dash cam app and I noticed that there were three options,

Dash Cam
Acceleration Boost
Drive Pilot

I clicked on Drive Piltot it had the full description of the new feature that is supposed to be coming to the 2024 vehicles, but when I entered my VIN, it said that my vehicle is compatible and gave me the option to purchase it (for $2500 annually). For reference, my vehicle is a 2023 350 4Matic SUV that was built in November of 2023. I noticed on the build sheet that there were a couple of upgrades like a 5G communications module instead of the 4G module. I wonder if they already had made the change to the hardware? There is nothing different on my steering wheel though.

I also have a 23 EQE SUV 350. For me it briefly showed up once I landed on the Store site, but then disappeared as soon as I logged in with my Mercedes Me account.

Maybe it only shows for owners registered in CA and NV, since that's where it works? In any case, it is great if the hardware in our cars is capable of it, that means that it can do everything Tesla can, theoretically.

Probably a bug in the Mercedes store, MB said Drive Pilot will launch with the MY2024 EQS and S-Class. Only these models will have the lidar sensors and other control hardware for Level 3 autonomous capability, which unfortunately the EQE has not received so far.
