We just received our Mercedes EQC AMG line premium plus and I am shocked to see that it comes with the standard Mercedes speakers ( which are terrible!), no augmented reality, no Energizing Comfort Control and some of the driver assistant features are missing.

I looked like a complete mug when I pulled up at my friend's house who has the same car but with all the features above. Has anyone else had the same thing happen to them?

Genuinely pissed off! I can sing better than these speakers sound.
