It is up to the Mercedes Dealership system in each country to facilitate the use of the App in the country where the car is marketed.

Can some one explain to me why this app is not allowd in some countys , Im from Iceland and we have big dealership for MB here, but I manage to download this app using vpn on my phone but only thing I can do in that app is locate my car, why is all owner of mb not allowed to have basic feedus to see in this app as chargeing status, tyre pressiur and so on just not the shoping stuff if that is the problem

No we have only one dealership here in Iceland and they have many times tried to have this app open for us, it is sad but funny how M.B. is accting about this even owners of Audi, Skoda, Hyundai is making fun of us, those high quality car as benz is. it is not funny any moreIt is up to the Mercedes Dealership system in each country to facilitate the use of the App in the country where the car is marketed.
Ok, WOW! I did not know that...Geez. hopefully MB will do course correction with their dealership network. However, if we band as a united voice over the issues I believe they will concede...
