After 8mths ownership I finally used some public chargers last month. All Ionity. The details appeared in my Mercedes’ me account within an hour but as yet over a month later no debit has been made from my bank account. How long do Mercedes’ take to debit your account is it done monthly quarterly or when the debit reaches a specific level like 50 euros? It seems very strange it is taking so long to hit my bank account🤔

I used Ionity charge points twice on 16 May and my credit card was debited on 10 June

Thanks for responding my debits were the 7th and 11th of May and nothing as yet shall keep checking. Do you get an invoice notification in the app or via email?

Invoice arrived by email on 9th June, it’s for the period 1st May to 31st May so I would have expected you to have got yours by now.

Had a dig about on the Mercedes’ me portal and found that there is indeed an invoice dated 31st May saying the amount will be debited in 14 days so today or tomorrow. Silly you cannot access the invoice via the app as I find the Mercedes’ me portal a strange and difficult to find site. Not clear if the invoice will come by post or not, post here can take some time for reasons I do not comprehend as Madam Le Factrice is very efficient and calls nearly every day and Amazon stuff turns up in 24hrs yet letters seem to take ages.
I would like it to be like liber t for the peage and other providers were you get an email saying the invoice has been raised and is visible in your account.

The nearest you can get in the app is clicking the “pizza box” icon at top left of the Home Screen then “My transactions” It just gives details of charges though, not an actual invoice.

Yes that facility is easy to access but why can’t they list the factures a much easier way to look at them with a notification when a new one is posted🙄 As said before the Mercedes’ me portal via a web browser is a faff to find though I have bookmarked it now. As we said elsewhere “why don’t Mercedes’” they have their own rational I am sure🤣🤣

Ok so there is a bill in my Mercedes’ me account dated 31.5.22 saying it will be debited in 14 days, that has passed and there is no debit in my bank account yet?…..not sure what is happening with this at all so shall send them a request to clarify when the amount will be debited.
