I have just purchased an EQC and I have downloaded the Mercedes Me app on an iphone. The blurb tells you to activate all services which I have done and now that screen on the app is blank with nothing happening. I have looked again hours later with the screen still blank and have removed it from active applications, reloaded it and the screen is still blank. Has anybody seen this before?

Another question. The seller I bought the car from (it was a Mercedes dealership) seemed clueless about the EQC and the app so I have no idea what should be activated by default on a new EQC. On my E220 which I got 5 years ago, everything was enabled for 3 years (during warranty), should I expect the same for the EQC?

Yes the mercedes me app for the EQC is in essence the same as your previous car albeit model specific with the electric bits added. Contact you dealer they should have set you up. Mine transferred from my e class to the EQC during the handing over process. Alternatively tel mercedes from the car ( the non emergency button!) they maybe able to sort it remotely for you.
