Checking the vehicle status remotely is essential I’m finding with my new EV. Knowing it is currently charging and charge level is essential. I’ve already left it plugged in and charging to go to it two hours later only to see it stopped after adding 60 miles when I needed 100 to get home.
Even at home I can’t see up to date info without being next to the car.
What do I need to set up to get this working?

I would log into my Mercedes Me account on the web (website is mercedes.me) and check all services are running and your car is listed. Also check 4g is on and maybe restart phone. Else talk to dealer

Not sure what phone you are using but if its an iPhone make sure that the Mercedes Me app can use mobile date is enabled
