Mercedesme in car

Hello all, I just purchased a 2020 gle350. I have gotten the Mercedes me app to work on my phone but everytime I click on the app in the car it says cannot load. The same goes for the services app. Does anyone have any tips to fix this error? Everything works from my cell but in car these apps do not work.
