Missing public charging stations

When using the MBUX navigation, there are some public charging stations missing such as the Gridserve chargers at Wetherby UK. Does anyone else have the same experience or knowledge how to get your car to precondition the battery for fast charging if the station cannot be programmed in to MB Nav? 😁

You may know that Gridserve took over Ecotricity see. Perhaps the ones you are referring to were older Ecotricity ones and the map has not been updated. Just guessing!. Purely by chance, I saw 2 Gridserve charging points just off the A1 near Peterborough yesterday when I was using Ionity at the same location.
.

It may be that Sat Nav is out of date. Are you using the Mercedes me app?

I am using the mercedes me app but it shows no chargers at the moto services Wetherby even though there are chargers there. My map was updated last week so not sure why.

Not in the uk but have you set the car to show only those chargers that accept the mercedes me card? Are there some uk providers who do not?

Good idea. Just checked and the car is set to show all chargers and not just Mercedes me card. There are just some chargers not showing up in the map. I will contact Mercedes and ask.

Interesting that the chargers at Wetherby are on the map if you zoom in to the area, if you tap on the icon in the app they are listed as Ecotricity and on the map in the Mercedes me website are listed as Gridserve.
There are several other chargers belonging to other operators that Mercedes maps also ignore in a search yet show on zooming in on the map.

As eluded to in my previous post, Gridserve has taken over Ecotricity chargers and they are being upgraded and being made so as it just takes 3 steps (listed on the front of the charge points) to pay directly by card.
I suspect that it different apps and apps have not been updated to reflect the latest situation. In my view they
should all be like this.
