New chassi?

Björn Nyland a really good ev-car rev. thinks there is a differens between -21 EQA 200 (feb) and EQA 350 4wv -22 (mars). Where 350 is 3 decibel more quiet. But there build on the same chassie. So have Mercedes done something to the -22s (both) or is it actually a differens between the two??

Hard to say without someone remeasuring EQA 250 in 2022 models to check if extra insulation added, though EQA 350 is biased to using a rear motor (lowdown at back of car) so motor noise might be further from driver than EQA 250 which uses front motor only (under bonnet)

But motor noice is not so noticable. 90 % is road I think.

I think he used different model tires Bridgestone Alenza for 250 test compared 350 had Nokian R3 tires. The Bridgestone were summer tires which he says can be a decibel louder, though they were smaller diameter. So he is not completely certain but concludes he suspects more insulation design is in the newer 350 models. But are newer 250 models also quieter? Another test is needed
