Hello all,

I came across this group as I was looking for online troubleshooting or further clarity on an issue I recently had regarding warning lights that came up on the dash. The 1st one is "Towing Not Permitted" - See Owners Manual (have looked at that and no solution). The 2nd is "Reduced Systems Performance" - See Owners Manual (this is when I took it into the the local MD Dealership.

IOnly recently acquired the EQB (arrived 4 weeks ago) so took it to my local MB dealership in South London where the helpful technical team couldn't resolve it there and then and suggested I get it booked in for a service for further diagnostics testing.

I couldn't find anything else online where other EQB owners may of had similar teething issues recently.

I welcome any advice but until the vehicle is booked in at the end of Dec, I'm having to drive the vehicle with these warnings. (Been informed by MB it's still drivable).

Any solutions yet? I’ve got the same!
I went to the MB Dealership and they declared/classed it as a "Breakdown" . A RAC Mercedes Benz Technician came and plugged in a diagnostic machine.

Showed historical faults but not live current faults. So nothing could be done. His words were "typically with new vehicles turning it off and off again usually resets the issue and it disappears which isn't helpful.

As it stands, there has been no further warning lights and it's considered just " teething problems with new motors".

Left it overnight and driven twice this morning with no issue!
