hello, I have an EQC 400 for a few weeks. In the area of the dashboard in front of the steering wheel there is a noise that occurs on uneven asphalt, very annoying .. Does anyone have similar experiences?

I haven't noticed anything annoying however annoying sounds can vary from person to person, but if you have a video you could post it here or send to dealer. I find checking tyre pressure using an accurate device when tyres are cold to see if it matches inside the charger port door can sometimes help with noise in cars generally, however there may be a bigger problem. Perhaps it is related to some issue in the steering column transmitting vibration from the suspension but a competent dealer will know best answer - be interesting what they say or if others know more about this sound

Hi,

so I have had m EQC for 2 weeks and have noticed on bumpy roads a very feint squeak/rattle coming from the steering wheel dashboard region. I can’t pinpoint where it’s coming from exactly. It sounds a lot like birds chirping or a CD player that’s spinning a CD. It’s driving me insane and I’m having to turn my music up.

I have a feeling it’s a similar noise we’re encountering. Did you get to the bottom of it?
