OBD-2 Port Location

Does anyone know the location of the OBD-2 port? The new Ring Car Cam requires that it be plugged into it, I can’t seem to locate it.

The OBD-2 port in the EQS SUV is in a recessed cavity next to the hood release lever. I would think it would be in the same place in the sedan.

Yeh, that's a pretty standard location on all Mercs, ICE and electric.

EQC OBD-2 port.

There is no hood release lever in the EQS Sedan since you can’t open the front hood. It can only be opened by Mercedes.

Be aware, that the OBD communication is encrypted and will only work with special/professional equipment. DIY OBD software will probably not work!
