Hi,
I’m not sure if it’s by design or something I’m missing.
Pre entry climate only seems to be available on a single use basis, I.e I cannot schedule the pre entry to set for certain days and times.
Is this by design?
I can see on other models it’s possible to set a routine, just not on the EQV

Likely by design for the van. Unlikely to work but you could try setting week profile in MBUX while van is plugged in and has a good level of charge

Just to say that I've also tried to do this and not been successful. I get an error message about connectivity. Single use preheating works fine.

Just to update this thread, MB have replied to my queries around this...
It is NOT possible to set a week profile for the EQV.......slightly annoying, plus side is I have found out Alexa has a command to initiate pre-entry...
I have asked MB whether this is a feature likely to be rolled out through a SOTA update, awaiting a reply.

The "Week Profile" option has just appeared on my Mercedes Me app in an update last week. Also new on the app is the ability to specify temperature by zone.I drive an EQA.
I tried to send a "week profile" to the car and I get the "cannot transmit due to connection problem" error. The "once" option still works but I now cannot specify the pre-entry temperature either- I get the "cannot transmit" error. The app tells me that if I start pre-entry climate, the temperature is going to be "low".
I'm going to see what happens when I depart in the morning - I'll wear a coat just in case!
