Can you do that if its your home charger...or not on a public app?

Preheating the battery is only required for fast DC charging. AC charging at ~10kW at home does not gain anything by preheating the battery.

and the second half of the question - private fast chargers ie my company ones dont appear in the search?

What is the rating of your employer's DC charger. If it is only 25kW, then preconditioning the battery is probably not necessary. If it is greater than or equal to 100kW, then you are probably out of luck.
