Not the most important option of course but in reading the manual, it suggests there are options other than the projected MB logo that can be used for the door puddle light.

Anyone found or used this function? Or am I over reading the PDF?

Hi there. Many thanks for the offer. I just spent an hour or so trying to find the section that relates to this and with no success. It is there and I will continue to wade through but it's not jumping out at me. Under doors, lighting, is strange.

Strangely in searching for this, I stumbled across some after market add on / replacement lens that can replace the one on the car. I'm not inclined to start replacing lumps of the car but it seems it is at least a possible generally ....

Sure for me too .... but the manual suggests options so the wasted corner of my brain wonders what those options might be

Yep Operator manual was lets say vague, I did experiment with something I put on speed tape on the light area under the external mirrors and I find any obstructions there seem to mess with he auto park system. Looks like there are more than just lights in the module, I dunno if they are Ultrasonic or radar sensors, But we’ll know soon enough
