I have written at length on this topic in an EQA thread see below. The range suggested is just a best guesstimate based on your past efficiency achieved not a guaranteed no of miles, but a representation of what the amount of miles the no of KW in the battery will cover based on your history.
It is only a best guesstimate as there are so many variables on every trip. The discussion starts about 5 entries down. Sadly the original poster has not responded with an update on the outcome of his dealers investigation nor the poster whose battery was only charging to 80%.

EQA - question for owners
Good day all! During my commute the other day, my eyes were drawn to a good looking EV that I'd never seen before - a MB EQA! Stunning. My wife favours smaller cars, but I like a good boot. So trying to find a UK EV that works for us both is proving to be tricky. I'm hearing mixed reviews...

Range issues with our Corsa e
We've noticed lately that the range and charge are dropping pretty rapidly. When we first got it the range after full charge would be 210 miles+ now its around 185 miles but its dropping pretty rapidly after that after driving only 40 odd miles the range has been going down from 185 to around 60...
