Hi guys,

received an email from my lease company regarding an urgent safety recall required for my EQC.

has anyone else had the same recall?

The email read;

Safety Recall - Urgent Action Required Dear Driver Registration Number: W4HAS Your vehicle has been identified by the manufacturer as having a safety recall outstanding. Please find below the details: Recall Code: 21P5497427 Recall Duration: Unknown Recall Name: Update multimedia system (MBUX) control unit software Recall Description: Update multimedia system (MBUX) control unit software This is due to a component being deemed to present a safety risk and could affect the safe operation of your vehicle and may pose a significant risk to you, your occupants and others. It’s really important that you arrange to get your vehicle booked into your local franchised main dealer as a matter of urgency so they can get the work rectified immediately and free of charge.

Last year i had recall for my car front electric motor only. any other quays have same recall ?????
