Reject a charging point in navigation

Hi all. Does anyone know how to reject a charging point that has been added to a route by the navigation system. I have found that the navigation keeps selecting 'Porsche' charging points as they are 350kW chargers, but are often closed outside of normal working hours or charge parking as well as charging. This has happened to me on several occasions. All ideas and thoughts welcome.

Hi Clint,
Yes this happens often especially around the midlands (Birmingham & Nottingham).
I’ve just changed the EQC to look for “All Chargers”.
Most service motorway service stations have chargers, also using chargers at McDonalds and in shopping centres have worked for me.
I normally only need 15-20 mins of charge to get me to my destination which has a charger fitted anyway.
So far I haven’t had to wait for chargers at motorway service stations but I suspect it’s due to the time I set out on my journey

I do a lot of journeys and this happens constantly when charge is running low, quite annoying. So yep I’d also know how to reject a charge point in Navigation.
This frustration came to a head this weekend when it constantly tried to send me to the Porsche Garage at Solihull, when it knows that it is closed on a Sunday. If I find out I will keep you posted

yes that the one, the one in Solihull.
I made same mistake.
I just drove to McDonalds literally 5 mins back the opposite way and charged for 15 mins then I was off.
I feel your pain, range anxiety can be a real thing.
But for me motorway service stations early morning or late evenings always work a treat. But it does mean driving in the dark

Hi - Being a new user, I looked but could not find how you change the EQC to 'look for all chargers' - can you advise please?
