For the EQE here in Sweden, there is an "Energizing Package" offered which, among other things, contains heated, ventilated massage seats.
I have a question for current EQE and EQS owners with this feature: Where does the heat come from? Are there electric elements along with the ventilating fans in the seats/backs? Or, is the air warmed somewhere in the vicinity of the seat such that warm air comes out of the ventilator? Or, must one turn on the complete AC/Climate Control system to simply get heated seats?
I ask, because if it's the latter possibility above, then I would think this would be an excessive drain on range just to have heated seats. Perhaps better to pass on all the exotic features and get plain, old-fashioned, wire-element heated seats.
