I am sure you will love the car. I have the same model and its excellent albeit the range has dropped off and that is disappointing, however in Aus you have warmer climes.

Thanks for the reassurance. Yes, the warmer climes here should see range close to that claimed by Mercedes. I've been told the car has been built, but shipping delays/problems mean delivery is still a couple of months away.

I know you will love the car. I have booked mine in to get Mercedes to take a look at the fact that the milage has dropped from 260 when new to 199 now. However, I still think the car is fantastic. Are they expensive in Aus. Mine was originallly £52k but got that back to £48. Are you arranging a wall box to give you a more rapid chagre. I have the house supply at around 2.2 kilowatts and a 7 kilowatt wall box. Which is very useful. Take care. Des

It's not going..... yet. Still awaiting delivery, which should be early May.
