Strange vibration when driving into a small pothole in the asphalt with the front right wheel. EQC400 2023

When you hit a small pothole or a joint in the road, you feel a vibration and a sound like hitting a spring or like a badly stretched string on a guitar. And it is felt only in the front right wheel. At a speed of more than 40 kilometers, this is not felt, only at low speed. Mercedes Service, they checked the car and said that everything works properly, and the suspension in the car is in good condition (. In addition, if you drive at a speed of 25 km on gravel(small stones), you can feel the steering wheel knocking and an unpleasant jerking. Has anyone run into this problem?is this normal for the EQC because of the heavy weight?
P. S. The car has 4000 kilometers of mileage and 21 diameter wheels(Michelin tires that came from the factory).

Although I don't have these exact symptoms... if I hit a pothole, bump, even catseye occasionally the steering wheel will vibrate for a period of time. Only seems to be at higher speeds. Lets say.... 70ish mph. Its not jerky, just a vibration that can last several seconds.

Again, MB deny anything is wrong and gave it all a once over.
Two things come to mind.

There is the haptic vibration through the steering wheel if the car thinks you are straying across the white line into the centre of the road or off into the verge, it only lasts as long as you are in the warning zone, it is a distinct vibration through the steering wheel with an accompanying low volume noise rather like a knocking sound. It is part of the active lane keeping assist system.
Below a cut and paste from the online guide:-

”You are warned by vibrations in the steering wheel in the following circumstances:
  • Active Lane Keeping Assist detects a lane marking.
  • A front wheel drives over this lane marking. “

On gravel even at very low speeds if you brake a bit more heavily or forcibly the ABS seems to kick in and the car has a sensation of a wheel locking up, I have a small gravel ramp I negotiate when entering my driveway and can induce the sensation easily. It is of no concern to me and is not a fault as far as I am aware just the systems kicking in.
