Same issue on C300e in the Netherlands. Multiple repair attempts and The Hague Mercedes is claiming that the MyMercedes app schedule departure feature prevents the car from charging past 30%. They required to remove all departure time schedules to resolve. This answer seems absolutely ridiculous, as the only feature on the app that should prevent charging is the charge time schedule feature to take advantage of home charging overnight discount rates. The dealer has successfully charged to 100% once, but still waiting for my requested multiple discharge / recharge cycles to prove that it’s completely resolved.
