I’ve an EQE SUV, same issue, not charging over 30% and scheduled departure in 10 hours, eco energy is enabled. So based on your comments, and especially your posting date, my best guess is that we need to warm the batterie first of all. Or, as the AC wallbox is at home and charging location is activated and eco energy is enabled, it’s tricky as the warming batterie flag is set on automatic. So, all what I did is just disable eco energy and now the charging is working without issue. But I still need an official response from Mercedes how to permanently fix this as I don’t know what’s the impact on the batterie, especially in winter.
