My EQE350 was in the shop for 2.5 months. They eventually made good and fixed the car. It needed a new battery, even though the car was brand new when I got it and only 2 weeks into a 3 year lease when it broke down. Since then, it's been great. I do love the car.

That's an unfortunate story, with a good ending!
To be clear, was it the High Voltage battery that they replaced or the 12v battery?
Did they compensate you for any loss of use while you were paying the lease? Or, did you at least get a loaner?
Yes, it was the high voltage battery. All that MB finance offered was to defer my 1st lease payment until the end of the lease. The car was 2 weeks old and in the service dept!!! MB finance and MB USA are 2 different companies and do not play well together. When the 2nd month payment was due, which they insisted I pay, or would put me in default, I was able to get that payment deferred as well. The dealer's hands were tied. It was entirely up to MB what they would fix or not fix, or buy me out...etc.
Anyway, when the car was towed into service,I was given a loaner EQE350 SUV by the dealer. This loaner worked perfectly for 2.5 months. In the meantime I hired a lemon law attorney. MB offered to buy me out of the car, which I declined because at the time that I got it there were massive incentives (close to $20,000), which were no longer available. Once my car was returned to me, he got me compensation worth 1 year's worth of payments. So far, the car has been great. I'm sorry that MB's quality control dropped the ball, but in the end it all worked out well. I really do love the car. This is my 5th MB, and my 1st EV. I also got my wife an EQB250 which we've had zero issues with.
